Vegan Comfort Platter (2 - 3 servings)

-slices of gobble roast

-cajun style cornbread dressing

-white wine gravy

-southern collard greens

-corn bread or biscuits

-sweet potatoes

-cranberry sauce

-mini pecan pie

Cooking instructions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees, and place your gobble in an oven-safe dish. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. 

You can baste your slices with a combination of the following 5 minutes or so:
1/2 cup olive oil (or earth balance butter spread)
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup soy sauce or tamari

It is best not to microwave your gobble roast slices or dishes, reheat using a oven.
